This collection of vases and sculptures carries a message from the ocean floor. My local fjord in Vejle was declared “dead” due to severe oxygen depletion from agricultural runoff. These pieces give voice to the life struggling beneath the surface.
Each work acts as a channel from the seabed to the air above, connecting underwater ecosystems with the human world. Their forms reflect eroded shells, collapsing habitats, and the quiet urgency of a landscape losing its ability to breathe.
The collection asks one question: If the ocean could speak, what would it tell us?
